Now, my next recipe will be...

To begin with, I think we're going to need the ingredients...yes...that may be a good idea. SO, the things that you are going to need in order to make these perfect Pancakes!...

  • 100g plain flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 300ml milk
  • 1 tbsp sunflower or vegetable oil, plus a little extra for frying
  • If you have any dietary requirements then you can substitue some of these ingredients for ones that they may have in the store to suit your needs. For example, changing normal butter into dairy butter for those who cannot have ordinary milk.

And now for the messy part, the baking!

Firstly, you will need to make sure that all the ingredients have been measured out accurately. Once this is done put 100g plain flour, 2 large eggs, 300ml milk, 1 tbsp sunflower or vegetable oil and a pinch of salt into a bowl or large jug, then whisk to a smooth batter. Which you then set aside for 30 minutes OR you could cook it straight away.

Once this is done, set a medium frying pan or crêpe pan over a medium heat and carefully wipe it with some oiled kitchen paper. And finally when hot, cook your pancakes for 1 min on each side until golden, keeping them warm in a low oven as you go.
