To begin with, I think we're going to need the ingredients...yes...that may be a good idea. SO, the things that you are going to need in order to make this apealing Apple and Banana Cake.

  • 4 cups of peeled cored and grated apples (generous)
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
    • If you have any dietary requirements then you can substitue some of these ingredients for ones that they may have in the store to suit your needs. For example, changing normal butter into dairy butter for those who cannot have ordinary milk.

And now for the messy part, the baking!

Firstly, you will need to make sure that all the ingredients have been measured out accurately. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. . Combine all the wet ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well. Add dry to wet ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into an UNgreased 9"x13" pan.

    Bake for 1 hour.

    Bon Appétit

    See you next time!
