To begin with, I think we're going to need the ingredients...yes...that may be a good idea. SO, the things that you are going to need in order to make these wafully good waffles!...

  • 415ml milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 250g plain flour
  • 120ml Vegatable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • If you have any dietary requirements then you can substitue some of these ingredients for ones that they may have in the store to suit your needs. For example, changing normal butter into dairy butter for those who cannot have ordinary milk.

And now for the messy part, the baking!

Firstly, you will need to make sure that all the ingredients have been measured out accurately. Once this is done preheat waffle maker.

Once this is done, beat the eggs in large bowl with hand beater until fluffy. Beat in flour, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, salt and vanilla, just until smooth. Finally, spray preheated waffle iron with cooking spray. Pour mix onto hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown. Serve hot.
