It’s with deep sadness that we have to write this blog.

This blog is especially dedicated to a well known actor, especial to us, Robert Hardy, who played Cornelius Fudge.

Robert Hardy was known for achieving many things in his life such as:

Robert Hardy was beloved to British TV audiences for his portrayal as senior veterinarian Siegfried Farnon in the long running BBC One Show “All Creatures Great and Small” from 1978-1990.

His family described him as Gruff, elegant, twinkly, and always dignified," and "a meticulous linguist, a fine artist, a lover of music and a champion of literature, as well a highly respected historian, and a leading specialist on the longbow.”

There were some sweet words said by JK Rowling herself: ”So very sad to hear about Robert Hardy. He was such a talented actor and everybody who worked with him on Potter loved him.”

Robert unfortunately passed away on Wednesday 2nd August at Denville Hall, a famed London retirement home known to house many professional actors at the age of 91. We will miss him dearly and all know that he did an extraordinary job playing Cornelius Fudge. Gone but never forgotten!
