This Edition's Wizarding Cards
Ben was born in Capri, Italy to his parents, Joe and Marianne. The couple was often shunned by the rest of the family, though Ben never knew why until he was eleven. He received his letter to Hogwarts, and his uncle Marcus explained what it was. He explained that Joe was a Squib, a non-magical offspring of wizarding parents, and was basically outcast because of it. Marcus and the others now lived in Hogsmeade where they could be magical full time. Joe and Mari disowned Ben because he was a wizard, and Ben was adopted by Marcus and Tala. Now going into his fifth year, Ben is doing an internship for the Mystical Report. His current series is about a place called Ghost Island, and over the summer between Years 4 and 5 he's about to learn that this mystery is digging a little too close to home...
